AI Search Toronto
Privacy policy
Last updated October 24, 2026.
AI Search Toronto (“we”) respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect through aisearchtoronto.ca and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and send email only as Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) allows.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, and anything you choose to tell us (business name, website, message).
- Basic technical data: our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.
We don’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we don’t sell or rent personal information.
How we use it
We use what you send us only to reply to your request and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We won’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be added.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer and follow up, and client records for as long as you are a client plus any period the law requires. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Where it’s stored
The site is hosted by a commercial web host. Messages are stored in our website’s database and in our email system.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@aisearchtoronto.ca. If you have a concern we can’t resolve, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
